Software Questions

When I try to upload data from PC-66 series oximeters to PC, software says “COM error”?

  1. Please check if you are using the USB data cable, not the Power cable. The correct USB data cable should have a bulky end that plugs into the PC and should be labeled with “USB”. The USB data cable is included with every PC-66H and PC-66L unit.
  2. If you are using the correct USB data cable, but still getting COM error. Please search and run “Device Manager” in the Windows Search. Check if you have Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port under Ports, as shown below. If not please download and run this USB Driver, choose Repair if prompt, and check Device Manager when finished installation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have the Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port show up, please make sure you have the device ON with the data upload screen at all time when you perform data upload in the software. You will need to finish all uploading process, including data selection and uploading to the patient record, while the device data upload screen is ON.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed on Monday — Thursday will be processed and shipped from our warehouse the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday — Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

You will receive the USPS tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

USPS ground service takes between 2 to 4 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

CMI Online Store only accept orders from the United States. For international order, please contact info@cmihealth.com for assistance.

Yes. Our site is SSL certified and secured by GoDaddy.com. Credit card transactions are secure and processed using Paypal or the Stripe payment gateway.

What types of payment are accepted?

The CMI store facilitates ordering with Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders or electronic checks.

 

Is there a warranty? What if I need a replacement or repair?

Warranty:

Warranties vary by product. All fingertip pulse oximeters carry a 2 year limited warranty. Other devices carry a 1 year limited warranty. Accessories (except the disposable and single-user-multiple-use ones) carry a limited warranty of 6 months. If you have a specific warranty question please contact customer service at 888-985-1125 or info@cmihealth.com.

 

Refund, Repair or Replacement:

As long as the product is under warranty you will be able to receive a replacement or repair at no extra cost. Please contact customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to request a refund, repair or replacement. Refund, repair or replacement are not provided for disposable parts and single user products once the product packaging is opened.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. All sales on clearance items are final and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Disposable and single-user products will not accept return or exchange request if the product packaging is opened. Customers MUST email us the return or exchange request via info@cmihealth.com.

Customer service will assess the situation and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if the return item(s) is not in its original condition. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume discounts are offered online for some products. Volume discounts will be listed on the product details page where available. Volume discounts may be also be available for other products. Please contact customer service for more information.

Shipping and Handling:

USPS first class shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We currently cannot take international orders.

Shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes:

We provide USPS first class shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes.
